Lake Chalice Sparkling Rosé NV

Grape Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
Growing Region: Marlborough - New Zealand
Head Winemaker: Chloe Gabrielsen

Tis the season when we look to sip, savour and share seasonal seafood like prawns on the bbq, strawberries on pavlova, chilled slices of watermelon and casual occasions with family and friends. This Lake Chalice sparkling rosé is made to slide simply into a glass and bring a smile to the tastebuds.
This sparkling Rosé has been made exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes. This wine underwent simple vinification, with a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast. The finished wine was then carbonated to enliven the summer flavours and add an appealing, casual sparkle to the palate.

A vibrant pink colour with medium-to-large sized beading. The casual mouse releases aromas of wildflowers, strawberries, raspberries and a hint of watermelon. These all cascade onto the simple and appealing palate that has a soft landing on the tongue due to a balanced level of acidity and soft, casual nature of the bubbles. The palate is appealing and friendly with a vibrant dry sign-off.

This Lake Chalice Sparkling Rosé NV has 12.5% Alc./vol. An Extra Brut Style with residual sugar of 2.7g/L. Chill gently and serve in a tulip shared flute or a light-aromatic shaped wine glass at 6°- 7°C • *NZ$25

A sparkling rosé ideal for any casual summer occasion.
