B.F. Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Head Winemaker: Matt Patterson-Green
Aromas of white peach, pineapple and spring blossom combine with butterscotch. The vibrant fruit characters flow across the broad palate, with a deft vanilla oak component combined with soft acidity giving good structure to this well-balanced layered wine with a sassy finish.

‘Homestead’ Riesling 2016
Grape: 100% Riesling
Head Winemaker: Matt Patterson-Green
Developed aromatics of limes, apple skin, nashi pear with a subtle minerality combine to create a complex invitation. Citrus characters are still holding centre stage on the palate and it is this natural acidity that gives a wanted lift to the easy-going clean finish.

Grape: ‘Single Vineyard’ Chardonnay

Aromas of white peaches, apples and a shortbread note. The palate is both elegant and generous showcasing apricots and peaches, all finely balanced by natural fruit acidity and a creamy-butterscotch nuance due the 10 months in oak resulting in a smooth finish.

Grape: 8 clones of Pinot Noir

Lifted aromas of cherries joined by fresh herbs and violets. The textural palate is a celebration of red & black cherries, berry chocolate, subtle tannins and infused vanilla oak with varietal Pinot Noir acidity. A well-integrated, balanced wine, with an appealing bright finish.

With age comes a laidback aroma or cherries, plums and dried spice. The detailed palate nonchalantly reveals mature flavours of dark cherries, infused with an earthy forest floor nuance wrapped in dry tannins and oak, crafting a textural savoury finish.
