The foresight and philosophy of Andrea &#038; Cesare Cecchi has been like an agricultural revolution. As the agronomic techniques previously practiced did not guarantee quality or the constancy necessary for the survival of a modern winery.<br \/>\nI first visited the estate back in 2006 and now there are over 100 planted hectares. The location is the stuff of wine lovers\u2019 dreams, an authentic taste of rustic Maremma with an elegant contemporary Tuscan character running throughout. Local grapes flourish alongside international varieties: Sangiovese, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Colorino and Vermentino.
