Those ripe stone and pip-fruits are combined with apple-pie notes from its time in French oak, and a butterscotch character from barrel fermentation. Spice from the French oak is layered with earthy notes and hints of chocolate. This wine has an enticing mouthfeel due to the weight and fullness on the generous palate. Chenin Blanc 2018<\/h6>\n<strong>Region:\u00a0<\/strong>Gisborne<br \/>\n<strong>Owner \/ Director:<\/strong> Kirsten Searle<br \/>\nOn the delicate but inviting nose you have aromas of citrus fruits, white blossom and nashi pear notes. Chardonnay 2019<\/h6>\n<strong>Region:\u00a0<\/strong>Gisborne<br \/>\n<strong>Owner \/ Director:<\/strong> Kirsten Searle<br \/>\nThe palate has engaging breadth from the barrel fermentation, giving richness and good weight. This Chardonnay showcases ripe stone fruits flavours, like juicy peaches with integrated layers of nougat and dovetailed oak.
